Since its inception in 1993, the Australian University Games (AUG) has grown to be Australia’s largest annual multi-sport event.
Held each September/October, the AUG is renowned for providing a friendly but competitive environment for Australian university athletes. AUG is known as the flagship event on the national university sporting calendar, which attracts over 6,000 participants each year.
Commencing with the 2010 AUG, the Kendo competition will now be an official AKR event.
The 2010 AUG will be held in Perth, WA from 26 September to 1 October.
