{"id":87,"date":"2009-05-13T20:37:09","date_gmt":"2009-05-13T09:37:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kendoaustralia.asn.au\/content\/?page_id=87"},"modified":"2025-05-11T01:18:06","modified_gmt":"2025-05-10T14:18:06","slug":"instructors","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.kendoaustralia.asn.au\/content\/?page_id=87","title":{"rendered":"AKR Instructor Coach and Officiator Framework"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>AKR INSTRUCTOR COACH and OFFICIATOR FRAMEWORK.<\/h3>\r\n<u>Current<\/u>\r\n\r\nThe AKR Instructor Coach and Officiator framework was endorsed in 2023 to replace the\u00a0AKR Instructor Accreditation Scheme (IAS) which was in place 2007 \u2013 2022\r\n\r\nThe new framework will utilise the <a href=\"https:\/\/learning.kendoaustralia.asn.au\/login\/index.php\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/learning.kendoaustralia.asn.au\/login\/index.php&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1746109194260000&amp;usg=AOvVaw3WAsxWY_n6-Sxig3xceeOb\">Australian Kendo Renmei Learning Centre<\/a> (AKRLC) which has been developed in collaboration with the Australian Sports Commission (ASC) as a platform to support the ongoing learning and future certification of our Instructors, Coaches, and Officiators (Shimpan).\r\n\r\nThe framework and accreditation will be progressively introduced during 2025 through engagement with ASC and collaboration with the Kendo, Iaido and Jodo Boards, and the AKR MoDs will be updated.\r\n\r\nFeedback, questions, and suggestions for future learning can be directed to the <a href=\"mailto:coachingdev@kendoaustralia.asn.au?subject=Questions\/Feedback%20for%20the%20AKRLC\">AKR National Coordinator for Coaching Development.<\/a>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<u>Previous<\/u>\r\n\r\n<strong>AUSTRALIAN KENDO RENMEI INSTRUCTOR ACCREDITATION SCHEME <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kendoaustralia.asn.au\/content\/?page_id=7197\">(link)<\/a>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;<!-- \/wp:post-content --><!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AKR INSTRUCTOR COACH and OFFICIATOR FRAMEWORK.
