The AKR does not have access to your account information.
PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY – Shortly after your payment is made, you will receive an email, with a secure link to download your personalised copy. The link will expire after 24 hours and allows for one download.
Also note: If you use Gmail or you don’t receive an email within an hour or so, please check your spam folder for our email to you, that contains your secure personal link. Alternatively, check that your Paypal account has your current email adress and also review what has been sent to you.
